WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We usually pack and ship all orders the next business day (Mon-Fri).

HOW DO I CONFIRM AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
Our inventory is updated on a regular basis. However, if an item is out of stock before we update our website, we will contact you within 24 hours.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
UPS Ground is typically between 3-10 days, depending on where you live. We ship out of Portland, Oregon, so delivery will take a bit longer to the East Coast.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER?
Yes, we offer several expedited delivery options. When you checkout, you can select UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Saver. If your order is placed before Noon Eastern time (9:00am Pacific), your order can ship the same day. UPS shipping days are Mon-Fri, and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost is calculated based on your order subtotal, and is displayed in your shopping cart. You'll be able to see and compare actual shipping charges before having to enter any shipping or billing information.

NOTE: Very large/oversized items may require additional shipping costs. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately with expected shipping costs prior to processing your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES, BUT ONLY TO COUNTRIES WHERE WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A RETAIL DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT. Currently, we are distributed throughout the European Union, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. We use UPS Worldwide Expedited for most international orders. We have found that UPS Worldwide Expedited is the most reliable international shipping method, with full tracking number visibility from our warehouse, through customs, and all the way to your door. It does cost a bit more that standard postal service, but it is much faster and much more reliable.

IMPORTANT DUTIES AND TAXES NOTE: Import duties and taxes are your responsibility as the importer of record, and are not included in the shipping costs! We're sorry, but we cannot falsely claim your order as a gift item to avoid import duties.

LARGE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For some large international orders, we cannot ship using UPS Worldwide Expedited. These orders are shipped using Global Priority Mail. We will notify you if your order ships this way. We only divert orders to Priority Mail if the combination of items on the order makes the shipping carton too large for UPS Expedited.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your Nutcase purchase. We will gladly accept returned product in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase.

If we made a shipping error, such as sending you the wrong style or size that you purchased, or if you find the helmet defective, then we will gladly e-mail you a pre-paid return label to send the helmet back to us. If the return is not due to our error, simply ship the product back in its original packaging and we will either exchange the item for a different color/size or issue you a credit. The original packaging must be in “new” condition so that we can re-sell your exchange.

Please include a detailed note that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, the reason for the return, the bottom portion of your original web invoice and what action you would like us to take. Please send your package via a traceable delivery service: USPS registered mail, UPS, etc.

Important: NutcaseStoreUSA does not cover the cost of return postage EXCEPT for a defective helmet or error in shipping (i.e. we ship you the wrong style/size ordered). If you believe the helmet you received is defective, please call us and send pictures via e-mail so we can determine the defect and issue a credit. Ordering the wrong size for your head is NOT considered an error on NutcaseStoreUSA’s part. Please be sure of your choice of size when making your purchase.

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We are proud to ship orders to members of our armed services currently serving overseas. Many of our friends and family are military veterans, and we would be honored to ship your order via USPS Priority Mail to your APO/FPO address. Please select "APO/FPO (USPS)" as the Shipping Method during checkout.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
No, we do not. We ship all of our products from Portland, Oregon USA.

DO YOU STOCK WHAT YOU SELL?
Yes. We carry (and use) the products we sell. We are incorporated in the state of Oregon, serve local customers, and stock the products we sell.
